• Coordinate shipping schedule between the Factory & the Export Dep.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce shipment delays and improve efficiency, resulting in a 95% on-time delivery rate.
• Monitoring freight costs and analyzing market rates to obtain the most competitive prices.
• Track the shipments & inform the arrival dates of each container to notify the customer.
• Managed workforce to ensure that all shipments are packed in accordance with the appropriate specifications.
• Create weekly & monthly reports for senior leadership on shipments and issues.
• Maintaining and administering the company's inventory.

• Handling the Export Government Subsidy related to the company (Collect all the required documents- arranging the files of the export in accordance with ethe governmental requirements – Present the file on time- follow up all the new decisions published from the government about the subsidy)
