Senior Customer Service Specialist
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Customer Service within a Real Estate Development company is mandatory.
-Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
-Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
-Experience with clients in New Cairo and New Heliopolis is highly preferred.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-From 10:00 AM to 6:00 AM
-2 Days off (Friday & Saturday)
