Core Responsibilities
• Academic Leadership: Oversee the English language curriculum, ensuring it meets international standards and student needs.
• Teacher Management: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the teaching staff to maintain high instructional quality.
• Operational Excellence: Manage department scheduling, resource allocation, and student placements.
• Innovation: Implement modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools to enhance student experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: A University Degree in English Language, Literature, or Translation (MA/CELTA/DELTA preferred).
• Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in the English language teaching field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Skills: * Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken).
o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficiency in educational technology and MS Office.
